Call, you thought you were good with one 5 out, so the other shouldnt scare you. Also its only 240, so pay for the info anyway.

I would fold my 4's on the flop and save the 240 chips and have no further part of the hand

yeh 4s should have been binned after the flop, bet on the turn is a speculative play , maybe should have been double if you were really wanting to push him off the hand.
On the river, now you have yourself in this mess, the only likely hands he could be holding that you are in front of are KJ, AK or AJ. There are so many other holdings that he has you beat with, that to call 240 into a pot of 810 isn't worth it.

You need to think that he is bluffing more than 1 in 3 times here to be able to make this as a value call. I would be laying it down.

For my first post i may as well DISAGREE with the people above :)

I would have raised pre-flop with that hand and maybe took it down their and then or given you a better image to bet post flop.
